This Privacy Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5th December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights. By providing us with your data, you state that you have read and are aware of this Privacy Policy, giving your unequivocal and express consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the purposes and terms expressed herein. The company may modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation, jurisprudence or interpretation by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. These privacy conditions may be supplemented by the Legal Notice, Cookies Policy and General Conditions which, where applicable, are included for certain products or services, if such access involves any special element in terms of personal data protection.

The purposes for processing your personal data are as follows:

By filling in the forms, ticking the box “I accept the Privacy Policy” and clicking to send the data, or by sending emails to the company through the accounts enabled for this purpose, the user declares that he or she has read and expressly accepted this privacy policy, and gives his or her unequivocal and express consent to the processing of his or her personal data in accordance with the purposes indicated.

The categories of data we collect include personal data (name, address, email) and employment data (job post, company, CV).

As part of our commitment to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your personal data, we inform you that the necessary technical and organisational measures have been taken to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which it is exposed, in accordance with Art. 32 of the GDPR EU 679/2016.

No transfer of your data, whether international or not, is planned, except when authorised by tax, business or telecommunications legislation, or in the event that a judicial authority requires us to do so.
6. User’s rights
Any interested party has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether our company is processing personal data that may concern them or not. Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances, interested parties may request restriction of processing of their data, in which case we will only keep it to exercise or defend against legal complaints. For reasons related to their particular situation, interested parties may object to their data being processed. The file controller will stop processing the data, except for overriding legitimate reasons, or to exercise or defend against possible legal complaints. In keeping with current legislation, you have the following rights: the right to request access to your personal data, the right to request its rectification or deletion, the right to request limitation to its processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to data portability and to withdraw the consent given. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

In accordance with the provisions of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11th July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, by filling in the data collection form and ticking the corresponding box “I accept being sent electronic communications”, you are giving express consent to send you information about the Company to your email address, telephone, fax or other electronic means.
