Proof of Concept (PoC)
If you already know the opportunities of AI, we help you to validate your idea through a proof of concept. You can perform this service independently. We adapt to you and the timing of your project.
Benefits
Check if there is a pathway to work and if the technology helps to deliver business value and enables informed decision making to develop an AI solution.
Validate the approach
A PoC helps to rule out or validate the feasibility of the use case, the challenge and the chosen technologies.
Reduce the risk
Identifying difficulties and carrying out a derisking process is the first step to proceed with confidence and avoid failure or to rethink our approach.
“The strength of Sciling's proof-of-concept testing outperformed the final product at other suppliers and helped us move towards success.”
Mike RizkallaCEO & Founder - Snorble
In Depth: Proof of Concept (PoC)
After identifying the challenge and the strategy to solve it, the PoC (Proof of Concept) is an initial and minimal solution where the technology is tested to see if it can deliver business value.
This stage allows validating the feasibility of the proposed solution at a technical and target level before proceeding with a larger scale implementation. It also provides an opportunity to refocus to find the true business value contribution.
Methodology
1. State-of-the-art
We evaluate which technologies, tools and methodologies are available to solve the challenge with the best technical guarantees.
2. PoC development
With the selected technology, we develop a simple proof of concept focused on solving the identified needs with a focus on business value.
3. Validation
The technical and conceptual feasibility of the proposal is assessed, whether it meets the objectives and whether the value it brings justifies its development.
A PoC is for you if...
‘Proof of concept is crucial. It helps to position yourself in relation to the value proposition you want to offer and the technology and to validate with the business’.
Vicent Alabau (COO, Sciling) in ‘Interfaces de Futuro’.
Success Story: Snorble
Proving the viability of an idea is crucial for any startup.
To this end, the Sciling team developed the first proof of concept for Snorble.
They identified the main technical challenges to be tested in this proof of concept: speech recognition in a digital assistant for 4 year olds, which increased the difficulty given the communication skills of this age group.
